By accessing this digital sanctuary or engaging with Aura Design Studio services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our services are provided to Western / Caucasian individuals and global entities seeking premium minimalist space curation and architectural design.
Aura Design Studio provides spatial psychology audits, interior curation, material sourcing, and architectural consulting. The specific scope of your project will be defined in your unique Curation Agreement. We reserve the right to refuse service for projects that do not align with our core Zen design philosophies.
Investment totals are based on the selected plan (Curation, Sanctuary, or Estate). A non-refundable 30% initiation fee is required to begin the atmospheric audit. Remaining balances are structured based on project milestones. All payments are processed through secure digital channels and are subject to local taxation where applicable.
All design concepts, architectural blueprints, and curated material palettes developed by Aura Design Studio remain the intellectual property of the studio until the final project handover. Upon full payment, the client is granted a perpetual license to inhabit and enjoy the space, though Aura reserves the right to use project imagery for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise negotiated.
Aura Design Studio curates for aesthetic and psychological well-being. While our designs are intended to reduce stress and improve quality of life, we make no clinical claims regarding health outcomes. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party artisan manufacturers or international material shipping constraints.
In the event of a discordance, both parties agree to first attempt a meditative resolution through guided mediation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be governed by the laws of the State of California and resolved in the courts of San Francisco.
We may recalibrate these terms periodically to reflect changes in our curation methodology or legal landscape. We will notify active clients of any significant changes via their provided electronic mail address.
